Geobody Ribbon Tab

Context-sensitive tab — appears when the Geobody context is active.

Commands available on the Geobody ribbon tab, grouped by panel.

Edit​

Move (Alt+I)​

Tooltip: Mouse interaction modes

Choose how mouse clicks interact with the 3D view while editing the geobody.

Dropdown items:

  • Move Mode — Switch to Move mode
  • Flight Mode — Switch to Flight mode
  • Interrogate — Interrogate the scene

Select Nodes​

Tooltip: Select geobody nodes

Click or drag to select nodes on the active geobody.

Move Nodes​

Tooltip: Move geobody nodes

Click and drag selected nodes to reshape the active geobody.

Interpolate Nodes​

Tooltip: Interpolate between nodes

Insert interpolated nodes between selected nodes to densify the geobody.

Palaeocurrent​

Add Palaeocurrent​

Tooltip: Add a palaeocurrent

Measure and attach a palaeocurrent direction to the active geobody.

Display​

Vertices​

Tooltip: Show vertices

Toggle display of the geobody's vertices.

Lines​

Tooltip: Show lines

Toggle display of the geobody's wire lines connecting its vertices.

Planes​

Tooltip: Show planes

Toggle display of the geobody's faceted plane surfaces.
