2D Log Ribbon Tab

Context-sensitive tab — appears when the 2DLogs context is active.

Commands available on the 2D Log ribbon tab, grouped by panel.

View​

Move Mode​

Tooltip: Switch to Move mode

Use the mouse to pan and zoom the 2D log view.

Reset View​

Tooltip: Reset the log view

Reset the 2D log view to fit all visible log panels.

Zoom Out​

Tooltip: Zoom out

Zoom out of the 2D log view.

Zoom In​

Tooltip: Zoom in

Zoom into the 2D log view.

Auto Spacing​

Tooltip: Auto-space log panels

Automatically arrange and space the visible log panels.

  • ID_CORRELATION_NEWTEMPLATE — New log template
  • ID_CORRELATION_TEMPLATES — Active log template

Depth​

Tooltip: Depth mode

Choose the depth mode used to plot the logs (e.g. MD, TVD, TVDSS).

Edit Logs​

Digitise Profile​

Tooltip: Digitise a sedimentary profile

Digitise a new sedimentary profile by defining unit boundaries along the log.

Split Unit​

Tooltip: Split a log unit

Split a stratigraphic unit at the picked depth into two separate units.

Add New​

Tooltip: Add a new log unit

Insert a new stratigraphic unit into the active log profile.

Correlate (TVT Mode Only)​

Correlate Logs​

Tooltip: Correlate logs

Correlate picks across multiple logs (TVT mode only).
